- Financing for a period of up to15 years if the residential purpose is proven( supported and proven either by a construction permit or a request to obtain a construction loan simultaneously with a land purchase financing loan), if the residential purpose is not proven, the financing period is up to a maximum of 8 years only.

Minimum Salary Requirements:
- 400 JDs net for the public and private sectors.
- 1,000 JDs for professionals and the self-employed.
- 1,000 JDs for resident non-Jordanians and 2,000 JDs for expatriate Jordanians.
- The age of the borrower should not be less than 21 years and not be more than 70 years at the end of the loan period.
Required Documents:
- Copy of the national ID card.
- Using the bank's approved assessor to access the value of the real estate to be financed, or a letter of allocation for the Royal Ownership Initiative loans (Good Home, Good Life).
- For real state loans residential purpose proof l(application for a building loan and/or a construction license).
- Real estate registration deed, plot plan, site plan, and building permit.
Client Income Sources:
- Salary certificate for the last 3 months for the public sector and for the last 6 months for the private sector, for non-Jordanian residents and for Jordanian expatriates, account statement for the last 6 months.
- Other sources of income / public car rental contracts.
- For expatriates: Work contracts and residence permits.
- Social security statement for private sector employees.
- Sources of Income for Professionals and the Self-employed:
- Active professional license.
- Commercial registration.
- Syndicate membership.
- Last 6 months' bank statement
